At Hostamir you pay with bKash directly on the order or invoice page: choose bKash, enter your bKash number, the verification code sent by SMS and your PIN in bKash's own window. The invoice is marked paid automatically within a few minutes, and new web hosting is ready about 5 minutes later. No card or bank account is needed.
Paying for a new order
- Choose your plan or domain on hostamir.com and go through the order.
- On the last step, select bKash as the payment method and place the order.
- bKash's payment window opens. Enter your bKash account number, then the verification code bKash sends you by SMS, then your PIN.
- That's it. The invoice is marked paid automatically within a few minutes. Web hosting is set up about 5 minutes after payment and the login details arrive by email. A VPS is set up by our team, who tell you when it's ready.
Your PIN is only ever typed into bKash's own window. Hostamir never sees it and will never ask for it, on the phone, WhatsApp or anywhere else.
Paying a renewal invoice
- Sign in at clients.hostamir.com.
- Open Billing → My Invoices (the dashboard also shows a "Pay with bKash" button when something is due).
- Open the unpaid invoice, press Pay Now and follow the same bKash steps.
Invoices are created 14 days before the due date and emailed to you. If an invoice is still unpaid 5 days after the due date, the service is suspended automatically; paying the invoice brings it back.
If a bKash payment fails
- Check your balance and bKash limits, then try again from the invoice page.
- Money left your account but the invoice still says Unpaid? Don't pay again. Wait 10 minutes and refresh; if it's still unpaid, open a ticket with the bKash transaction ID (TrxID) from your SMS and we'll match it.
- The bKash window didn't open? Try another browser or turn off any pop-up blocker for clients.hostamir.com.
Other ways to pay
bKash is the only method at checkout. Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer or cash are possible by arrangement: message us on WhatsApp at 01842-402487 before you order.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, so a bKash payment is refunded to the same bKash account, within 7 to 10 working days. Domain registrations and renewals can't be refunded.
